The Theatre of Nations, the Territoria international festival school and a dancing studio Dialogue Dance are happy to present a performance My anomaly.
It is a cross-disciplinary theatrical project, where documentary theatre meets contemporary dance, live rock music and video art. The actors come out of a sculptural image and talk to the audience about their private matters, their own “abnormalities”.
Mart Kangro, the director: “I am interested not only in the anatomy of the body, but in sociality. Sociality does not end beyond one’s skin. I am interested in humans the way they are, with all their characteristics, their friends, music they listen to, the way they live and breathe”.
Dialogue Dance is the most famous contemporary dance studio in Russia. Their performances have become laureates of the Golden Mask national award two times in a row in a nomination «Contemporary Dance» (for the performances Mirliflor and Punto di Fuga).
